To guarantee the best service to its clients, Veolia Water is implementing the Integrated Management System (IMS) on all its sites to ensure that all aspects of the services are taken into consideration and that performance is optimized.
The 3 main categories of this system are service quality, health and safety policy and environmental performance.

Veolia Water Korea's employees are committed to comply with the corporate guidelines to supply the best level of quality and service to our clients.
Veolia Water Korea acquired the ISO 9001:2000 certification for its operation on Daesan LG/Lotte (currently Daesan LG/Honam) in 2002, and in the following year, acquired this certification for all Hynix projects.
In addition, Incheon Songdo Mansu sites acquired a triple certification: ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001 in June 2007.

In June 2011, Veolia Water was awarded the integrated IMS system certification (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001) for both the municipal and industrial projects (Hynix, LG/Honam, Kumho Petrochem, Incheon Songdo-Mansu) including the Seoul head office.
